1. Snert - The Netherlands

Snert is a thick pea and sausage soup from the Netherlands. 

Basic Ingredients: split green peas, pig’s trotter, lightly smoked speck or smoked pork hock, leek, onion, celery stalks,celeriac, potato,smoked pork sausage

2.Clam Chowder -England/ United States

Fish chowder originated in Europe, but the New England states popularized clam chowder after an abundance of shellfish and clams in the 1850s.

Basic Ingredients: Bacon, Onion, Baby Clams, Potatoes,Heavy Cream, Milk, Butter, Dried Dill Weed

3. Ajiaco - Colombia

Its basic ingredients are: chicken, three varieties of potatoes, corn and the Galinsoga parviflora herb, commonly referred to in Colombia as guascas and heavy cream.

4. Bouillabaisse - France

Bouillabaisse is a Provençal stew made up of at least three different types of fish(Scorpionfish, sea robin, European Conger), assorted shellfish, vegetables, herbs, spices and a rouille sauce served with bread on the side.

5. Menudo- Mexico/ Philippines

It's also a Filipino stew made with pork-and-liver stew, as well as a traditional clear broth Mexican soup that contains tripe (beef stomach), lime, onions, and cilantro. Known also as a cure for Hangovers.
