Cocktails & Pizza
Entering from Dry is ideal to enjoy a basic Italian dish like pizza and if you want to enjoy cocktails and pizza, coupled atypical. The structure, in fact, allows you to take advantage of the bar separately, more international and fashionable area, where extraordinary cocktails anticipate your dinner or be accompanied by tasty and fluffy buns as entreé. Or, alternatively, the pizzeria area, furnished in a modern and minimal style, dry, we would say, like Dry requires. The pizzas and buns are tasty, simple but sophisticated at the same time.
The barman is William Miriello, young but highly experienced even international, who prepare cocktails in a workmanlike manner for those who like to drink well: his specialty is vintage, but there are different types list. And for groups of friends, a truly original idea is the drink in the bottle, for four or eight people.
Here there is not happy hour with buffet: aperitif cocktails, 10 euro, are accompanied by finger food, but those who want to eat something more substantial can order focaccia and bruschetta menu (the prices range from 4 €). Among the cocktail with bubbles, stands the French 75 (gin, fresh lemon, sugar and, after having shaken, an addition of champagne) at 15 €.
