If you like healthy food, this is your perfect choice, The chef, Patrizia, is a very friendly person and she will host you in her nice flat, cooking her recipe for a special dinner. Menu is composed by: Appetizer: bruschetta with mashed beans and dry tomatos, brushetta with tapenade and spiced eggplant; First dishes: soup with cickpeas and black rice, "tagliatelle" with nettle and mashed lentils-mushrooms; Second dishes: salted pie with nettles and balsamic scallions, stuffed potatoes with ricotta (fresh cheese) and asparagus; Side dish: indive salad with apples and walnuts; Dessert: ice cream with peaches and amarettos. Also, Patrizia offers you wine (and water of course) and local spirits.
