It's one of the good news of the summer, even Italy has own law against the food waste.

No sanctions for those who do not adapt, everything pointed to the incentives. Who does not throw the food, in fact, it will be awarded. Compared to the law on the same subject approved recently by the French government which is based on the penalties, the Italian flagship on incentives and simplification of bureaucracy: bureaucracy for sorting and donation of food will be leaner and faster, and there will be new incentives for who will take care not to throw the food surplus.
